Purple Presents endeavour to photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours and images can display differently depending on how the monitor they are viewed on has been setup. Our designer jewellery may vary slightly as each piece is handmade.

Descriptions and dimensions are given for guidance only.

Unless expressly agreed to in writing by Purple Presents you may not copy or download any images or text contained within this website.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notice to you. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.

Delivery Policy

If the item you have ordered is in stock, then we aim to deliver within seven working days from receipt of order. If an item is out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than seven days, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not to your satisfaction, a refund will be arranged.

If you have ordered any of our designer range of jewellery, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date as these items are usually made to order.

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling and include delivery via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery within Mainland UK. Royal Mail will request a signature for proof of delivery; therefore please specify a delivery address, which is the most convenient for you.

The delivery method chosen is based upon the value of your order.

When you place an order on the Purple Presents website you will receive confirmation of your order via email. If you have not received this email within 24 hours, please contact us here

Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly. Check any spam filters you may have on your account to ensure our email has not been trapped by the filters.

All of our jewellery is individually presented in gift boxes and securely packaged.

Postage costs.

Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination.

Our postage and packing charges are based on the value of your order. Standard post and packing will be added automatically to your order at Checkout. For security, we always send orders with a value up to £34.99 by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will need a signature. Orders with a value over £35 are sent Special Delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery.

We regret we cannot be responsible for uninsured parcels which are lost or damaged while in the care of Royal Mail.

 

Returns Policy

Under our 14 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you not entirely happy with your purchase, we will give a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in original condition and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, within 14 days of you having received them. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange polices.

We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.

Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but exclude the original postage cost. A refund will be made to your credit card account or a cheque refund if payment was received

We only refund money when the products returned to us are in original and unused condition accompanied with the original packaging.

Please include your order number, name, address and telephone number to ensure prompt processing of your refund.

We cannot take responsibility for unsolicited returns that do not follow the procedure specified.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

You must have a valid return number to qualify for a refund.

Damaged Goods

Please check your goods on delivery. If the goods are delivered faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly you must inform us immediately. Post the goods back to us within 7 days, using Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will arrange a replacement or repair at our expense.

Please include your order number, name, address and telephone number to ensure prompt processing of your refund.

Please contact us here and we will issue you a return number and details of the return procedure.

Faulty Goods

Our products are thoroughly checked before despatch to ensure customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us here. We will issue you with a returns number and confirm which Royal Mail postal service the goods should be returned by. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, a brief explanation of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will automatically issue a refund for the total costs of the goods including agreed postage costs.
